Who is answerable for the site

The site is operated by the company I practise through. The texts are written by me, in the first person, and do not represent the position of any clinic I work with.

The treatment pages describe how I work in general, not what you should do. Nobody can establish a diagnosis from a text read on the internet, and least of all without looking inside your mouth.

I do not answer diagnostic questions by email and I will not tell you in writing whether you need a particular piece of work. I will tell you what can be discussed at a consultation and how long it would take.

If you have pain that will not let up, swelling, or an injury, go to an emergency dental service. Do not wait for a reply to an email.

I do not publish prices, because a price given before an examination is a guess. Costs are discussed once it is known what needs doing, in writing, before anything starts.

The site has no online booking system and sells nothing. The contact form sends an email, and an email is not a confirmed appointment.

An appointment exists once I have answered and we have agreed a time and a place. Until then nothing is held in the diary, however quickly you wrote.

Where the consultation takes place is settled when the appointment is made, because I work in collaboration with several practices. The address on the legal page is the company's registered office, not the place where the work is done.

The texts, the photographs and the way the pages look are protected by copyright. You may quote a sentence with a reference to the source. You may not take whole pages, clinical photographs or the structure of the site for another site.

Case photographs are published only with the patient's written agreement, given separately for publication on the internet. An agreement withdrawn means the photograph comes off the site, without discussion and without a period for reflection.

The site may contain links to other sites. What is written there is not my responsibility.

Write to me first, at contact@cristinapacurar.ro. Most things are settled in the direct conversation, and if I have got something wrong I would rather hear it from you than from somebody else.

If we reach no result, you may turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or, for services contracted online, to the European online dispute resolution platform. For matters concerning the practice of the profession, the competent body is the Romanian College of Dentists.

Romanian law applies. Disputes are heard by the courts having jurisdiction under that law.
